Southern Data Storage was founded by Mark Hall, a three-decade IT industry veteran. Mark has held sales and sales management positions with industry leaders such as Hewlett-Packard, Computer Associates, Exabyte and LeftHand Networks. Since Mark’s entry into the industry in 1981, there have been enormous changes to the management and storage of data. In all that time, however, customer priorities have never changed – they seek simplicity, reliability and cost-effectiveness, supplied by reliable, trusted business partners, not just vendors.
Now is a time of great change in data storage and data protection. New companies and new approaches are rapidly gaining acceptance, rising up to challenge the traditional vendors, who are scrambling to keep up.
